Yes, Brooklyn. According to the New York Historical Society the Wyckoff House Museum, located at 5816 Clarendon Road in Brooklyn, is the oldest building in New York City. The earliest portion of this house was erected by Pieter Claesen around 1652. and The Old Gravesend Cemetery, on the south side of Gravesend Neck Road between McDonald Avenue and Van Sicklen Street, was established by 1650.
